Vinyl fencing
Vinyl gives you the clean look of a freshly painted fence, and you never touch a brush. It won’t rot, warp, splinter or fade to grey, and a garden hose keeps it looking new.
It costs more up front, roughly $120 to $180 a foot installed, and close to nothing after. If you’re staying put, that trade usually beats wood, which needs washing or staining every few years.
We install privacy panels, picket runs and post-and-rail from reputable manufacturers. The panels are routed into the rails instead of screwed on, so they stay locked together through wind and frost.

Questions people ask
Does vinyl crack in an Ontario winter?
Good vinyl is made for cold and flexes rather than shatters. The bigger winter risk is a cheap install, where posts heave because they weren’t set below the frost line. That’s an installation problem, not a vinyl problem.
Is vinyl worth the extra cost over wood?
If you plan to stay five years or more, usually yes. It costs more up front but never needs staining, while wood needs washing or staining every 2 to 4 years.
